Jesus has given believers the privilege to share not just in the rewards of the Kingdom, but also in the work of the Kingdom. Something earned is almost always sweeter than something given, isn't it? Christians are active participants in the world changing work of Christ. Which means we have to continue to grow, learn, and share with others.
